Who We Are
Comanche is a company committed to the production of renewable fuels in Brazil for domestic sale and exportation. We are a multinational company, started by Americans who are highly-experienced in the international capital markets and in emerging economies – especially Brazil – together with Brazilians who are well known in the domestic ethanol and fuels industry. We are backed by Brazilian, American, and European investors. We have two alcohol production plants in the heart of the state of Sao Paulo, in Canitar and Santa Anita, and one biodiesel production plant in Simões Filho, in the state of Bahia. We produce ethanol from sugarcane, which we believe to have the highest energy yield at the lowest worldwide production costs. Our biodiesel is made using a variety of raw materials, including different types of oilseed, waste oils and fats, and animal fat.
